The Heron Pointe Condominiums are located in six separate buildings between 4970 and 5170 SW Landing Drive, Portland, Oregon 97239 along the Willamette River in the John's Landing neighborhood.

John's Landing is noted for it's walkability; proximity to shops and restaurants; and, it's easy access to transit, trails, parks and recreation. Two fireworks displays can be seen during the summer: Waterfront Blues Festival and Oaks Park. The Christmas Ship Parade has been a Portland tradition for 55 years.
