Located next to the Waverly Golf club in Sellwood, The Quayside is one of Portland's original waterfront communities and has a very hip, retro feel that is still en vogue to this day.</p>

The neighborhood is linked to Southwest Portland across the Willamette by the&nbsp;<a href="http://www.sellwoodbridge.org/" target="_blank">Sellwood Bridge</a>, the southernmost of Portland's bridges. &nbsp;The bridge is due for replacement or renovation.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Sellwood has an amusement park named&nbsp;<a title="Oaks Amusement Park" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oaks_Amusement_Park" target="_blank">Oaks Park</a>, many restaurants, and many upscale antique shops along the Antique Row on SE 13th Avenue.</p>
