A Higher Standard of Service Since 2004
Kathy Quick, Managing Broker
How did you get into real estate?
I though I wanted to be an x-ray tech when I was young. But after three years of school, I had an experience as an intern in the E.R. that made me realize I wasn't meant to be in medicine. I moved to Portland and answered an ad for a temporary office assistant at a local BMW repair shop to make ends meet. What a wonderful journey: from answering phones, to service advisor, I grew into the role of general manager and eventually I opened my own shop. After 15 plus years in the business I had forged lasting relationships with clients and mentors who help launch my career in real estate. My first year as a broker was at John L. Scott in 2004. I was honored to make President's Club-Elite and from that point forward I've been fortunate to be recognized as one of the top performing brokers in Portland.
What's the best part of your job?
What matters to me most is the life-long friends I've made. This is a relationship business and you can't succeed in the long run if you don't put your client's interests ahead of your own.
Why should people choose Quick & Associates?
Two things: we genuinely care about our clients + we're quite good at what we do. I think that's a winning combination in any business.
